Spied in the Georgia Tech Paper Museum, these fantastic archival photos show the messy business of making paper. Segregation is apparent: African Americans did the rag sorting, the old guy ran the pulper, women inspected for flaws (and threw the rejects on the floor--looking like Christmas morning) and nice young lads wrapped the final product.
